She/Her
Licensed Therapist, MS, LMHC
My approach to treating OCD is collaborative, emphasizing the development of awareness regarding obsessions and compulsions while facilitating strategies for individuals to live with and manage them. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy reading and cherish spending quality time with my family, which allows me to recharge and maintain a balanced life.

NOCD is here to support you at every stage of your treatment journey, offering guidance and resources to assist you in your progress.
I pursued a career in therapy to contribute to the mental well-being of individuals in my community and to combat the prevalent stigma surrounding mental health issues.
My specialization in OCD stems from a recognition that this disorder often goes undiagnosed within the Black community, and I am committed to being a beacon of knowledge and support in my community.
In addition to OCD, I have experience working with substance use, depression, and anxiety.
