Although ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) can initially feel scary, it's highly effective in reducing OCD symptoms over the long term. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, and you’ll be supported throughout your treatment and beyond. Together, we can get creative with ERP to confront OCD during our sessions, creating unique learning opportunities for sitting with uncertainty and discomfort. I also have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety disorders, and postpartum issues.
