Licensed Therapist, MED, LPC
About
My approach to treating OCD begins with sitting with a member to gain a deep understanding of the struggle he or she is facing. The member and I then develop a plan and set obtainable, realistic goals. After establishing these baselines, we begin Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help minimize and alleviate the symptoms of OCD. It's an honor to empower people and shed light on a new way of healing. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, marital conflict and relationship tune-ups, grief, trauma, adolescent adjustment concerns, and family counseling.
