She/Her
Licensed Therapist, MSW, LCSW
About
I take a structured yet highly individualized and collaborative approach to treating OCD. OCD can take itself too seriously, so I use humor and irreverence as much as possible. I view individuals through a "person-in-environment" lens, meaning I don't see a person with OCD in isolation. I consider how OCD impacts various areas of a person's life, and vice versa. I enjoy working with parents and caregivers, which is an integral part of working with children and youth with OCD. My other focus areas include ADHD/ASD and LGBTQ+ issues.
