Acknowledging your OCD and committing to ERP is hard work. I'll invite you to sit with anxiety and challenge yourself to become comfortable with the uncomfortable. I'll gently encourage you and remind you about your courage. My other areas of professional focus include depression and anxiety disorders, ADHD, perinatal mental health, grief, loss, and relationship issues.
