Empathy, building a strong working relationship, and providing psychoeducation are some of my initial goals in treating OCD. We will collaborate throughout the course of treatment, at a pace that supports you. Exposure and response prevention (ERP) is the gold standard for OCD treatment. It offers the opportunity for meaningful and lasting change. In addition to OCD, my professional areas of focus include stress, emotion regulation, anxiety, and substance use/addiction.
