I have seen firsthand, in my own family, what untreated OCD and anxiety can do to people. As an OCD therapist, I want to provide awareness and support and help you live your best life possible. I am non-judgmental and validating in sessions. We'll establish an effective therapeutic relationship that allows for progress and healing, and we'll go at your pace. You'll be in a safe environment in which your trust is never taken for granted. I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and trauma.
