I believe that everyone is unique, with their own personal struggles and challenges. When it comes to OCD and anxiety, my goal is to honor your individuality while helping you feel supported and understood. You don't have to face this journey alone; others can relate to what you're going through, and I'm here to walk alongside you. We'll start by understanding where you are right now, and then we'll work together, using exposure and response prevention (ERP), to help you get back to yourself. I’m truly excited to see you take meaningful steps forward. Along with OCD, I also specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

How my experience shapes the way I work
My life has helped me understand many different people's experiences and hold multiple perspectives at the same time. I've worked with many people over the years who have OCD, and it's been very satisfying and very productive. I've grown a strong ability to understand the struggles of this condition and how to help people do things differently.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I understand a wide range of life experiences, and I provide a judgment-free space in my sessions. I try to be as authentic as possible, so you can feel comfortable sharing your story with me. When people get to know you enough, I think they tend to feel more at ease and more willing to share. My Members have told me they feel comfortable sharing very vulnerable things with me because they know I won't judge them.
My message to you if you're struggling right now
When you're really struggling, it can be hard to see outside of that. Resilience is so important—especially for people with OCD—because feeling like you can manage a challenge can make a big difference in your motivation. I want you to see that you can handle this, even when it doesn't feel that way at first.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
Exposure and response prevention (ERP) is the best form of treatment for OCD. When it's delivered by a properly-trained therapist, it can be highly effective—and often pretty quickly.

Good experienceI’ve only been working with Rachel for a few sessions now, but she’s extremely attentive and is wonderful at providing me with feedback. I’m beginning to be able to recognize my thought patterns as an OCD related issue, and I feel a lot more hopeful about my future thanks to her!
