My approach to treating OCD is rooted in evidence-based strategies, with a strong emphasis on compassion, empowerment, and collaboration. Starting NOCD Therapy is an important step toward managing your OCD and improving your quality of life. ERP is highly effective, but it requires patience, commitment, and active participation. With consistent effort and support, you can reduce the grip OCD has on your life. Be open with your therapist, practice regularly, and give yourself credit for making this key move in your healing process. My other areas of focus include generalized anxiety and depression.
