You don't need to suffer. You are not "crazy." The brain does weird stuff sometimes, especially in this weird world. We can help. As a therapist, I am non-judgmental, passionate, honest, knowledgeable, humble, genuine, and always open to learning more. My other areas of focus include depression, anxiety disorders, and grief.
