He/Him
Licensed Therapist, MSW, LICSW
About
The most gratifying part of my job is helping people and fostering hope. Help is available for you. My approach to OCD therapy is evidence-based, supportive and goal-directed. The modality we use here at NOCD is ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), which has a documented success rate. Honestly sharing your thoughts provides the best treatment outcomes; take your time and know that therapy is not meant to be judgmental but helpful. In addition to OCD, I also have experience treating trauma, crisis, anxiety, and depression.
