NOCD Therapy is a collaborative, supportive process that is evidence-based. I'll meet you where you are and help you identify and reach your goals. I have trained as a play therapist, which enables me to connect with children, adolescents, and adults in a creative, low-stress manner. It also helps me better understand the challenges members may be going through with OCD, and how OCD can impact many aspects of a member's life, potentially leading to comorbidities such as anxiety and depression. In addition to OCD, my other areas of professional focus include anxiety, ADHD, depression, and trauma.
