About

I struggled with OCD in college and know how debilitating it can be. I'm warm, compassionate, and validating of the hard work and bravery it takes to face consistent discomfort. I believe in addressing the whole person. I know significant losses and life events can trigger OCD symptoms. While healing from grief and addiction can help reduce OCD intensity, it can also temporarily increase. I'm honored to be entrusted with members' life stories and to share a connection during a critical part of their lives. I also specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, grief, codependency, and addiction.
