Our sessions will be safe, nonjudgmental spaces for you to learn, grow, and heal. I love to help people feel empowered and capable of being their own therapist. My areas of professional focus include Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, and children and adolescents.
