My approach to treating OCD is one of compassion, empathy, and encouragement, with a twist of discipline. ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) therapy works! It won't be easy, but I'm here with you every step of the way. You're in the driver's seat; I'm the passenger who helps guide and direct you. In addition to treating OCD, anxiety, depression, and related behavioral disorders, I have more than 10 years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia and personality disorders.

What my Members appreciate about me
I come across as very nonchalant. I put things in layman's terms and people seem to really appreciate it, respect it, and continue to want to see me.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
It's like swimming-you're really going at your comfort level. It's not like we're just going to push you in the pool. We're going to sit with your feet dangling in the water for five, six sessions, whatever you need. You're going to let those feet dangle and once you want to get in, you'll first go up to your ankles, and then up to your calves, and then up to your knees, and then up to your waist. It's a slow process.
The additional expertise I bring to ERP therapy
My career started off with helping individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses-diagnoses of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder. It was a very vulnerable population that I worked with for about 15 years, and that really sheds light on human beings and how to work with them.
