I've had to learn to help myself, so I'd like to help others learn to better help themselves. I've worked as a behavioral specialist and have treated trauma, anxiety, depression and mood disorders, ASD, ADHD, chronic pain, and illness. Although therapy may be challenging, remember that being ready for a change has taken you this far. I am here for you and what you're feeling.
