About

I approach OCD from a collaborative standpoint. When I'm not working, I love going to the gym, particularly weightlifting. I also enjoy traveling to other countries every year.

Get to know Pamela Andrews

As someone who came from complex trauma and who needed therapeutic services but never received them as a child, I wanted to become the therapist I wish I had.

OCD is something that has affected close family members. I've watched them struggle for years, attending talk therapy and not getting any better. I decided to specialize in OCD because I want to help those who are dealing with OCD live full lives.

Trauma, anxiety, depression, and bipolar. These are areas that I have watched close family and friends deal with.

There will be points where you feel uncomfortable, but we are in this together.

Know that it's OK. I'm here to support you, but I also understand that this is a new relationship. We will work through this together. I'm not here to judge but to support.

NOCD therapists are trained by our world-renowned clinical leadership team.
