My intention is to keep you involved in your own healing throughout the process. You are in a great place to receive support for your symptoms. My intention is to help you feel better long term, and I'm committed to helping you figure out what will support that. Beyond OCD, I've been trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and trauma-focused yoga therapy.
