About

My approach to treating OCD is collaborative and will be tailored to fit the unique needs of each person. ERP therapy is a structured type of therapy, and I will always do my best to walk you through the process as we design your treatment. Although ERP can be a fairly direct therapy, I never forget that humor can be a great additive in session and can strengthen our rapport. Outside of work, you can find me hiking in some of the most beautiful mountains Arizona has to offer with my dog, Charlie.

It's rewarding and unique to be let into someone’s life on such a personal level and to see growth and development that allows them to thrive. Being a part of someone’s journey is one of the best parts of being a therapist. I love to learn about others and help guide them toward their goals. I've personally seen how helpful therapy can be, and I very much enjoy being that person for others.

I've personally seen how OCD can uproot someone’s life, and how detrimental it can feel not to have a therapist who's trained in ERP. I want to help those suffering from OCD get their lives back.

In addition to OCD, I specialize in working with depression, anxiety (social anxiety), and sleep disorders. I have additional training to support those in the LGBTQ community.

NOCD was designed by therapists and keeps the needs of its members at the forefront. At first, this type of therapy may feel uncomfortable—you'll be working toward engaging with the triggers for your anxiety. However, this short-term discomfort will be temporary and will lead to long-term relief.

If you're struggling or afraid to share your thoughts, please let me know. We can find ways to work toward those difficult conversations. Always know that I'm here to support you. To me, building rapport and safety within my sessions has always been the most important piece of being a therapist.

NOCD therapists are trained by our world-renowned clinical leadership team.
