Licensed Therapist, MA, LMHC
About
I specialize in OCD to advocate for people with OCD, and to help people understand the diagnosis and get help for their symptoms. In therapy, we will work together. I want to help you open up about things that feel uncomfortable to face, sit with, or even understand. It’s OK to be nervous, even scared, about therapy. But NOCD offers the most effective OCD treatment: Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My other areas of professional focus include anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, relationship/marriage issues, self-esteem, and ADHD.

Sophia is simply outstanding when it comes to providing my ERP therapy for OCD and social anxiety disorders. Her warm yet professional demeanor immediately puts me at ease, creating the safe therapeutic environment that is so crucial for my ERP therapy. What sets Sophia apart is her masterful ability to construct highly personalized and engaging exposure hierarchies. She has a true knack for grasping the core anxieties of driving my symptoms and then designing exposures that gradually but systematically chip away at those fears. Her exposures strike that ideal balance of being challenging enough to make meaningful progress while still remaining tolerable.
