As a therapist, my approach is direct and no-nonsense but inclusive of humor and care. We're trying to bring you back to your true self. OCD is the enemy and can be defeated. This will be challenging work, but it will be worth it. My other professional areas of focus include anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, life coaching, and Christian counseling.
