I approach OCD therapy with a deep sense of empathy, ensuring you feel supported and understood throughout the process. Often I use metaphors to make concepts more relatable, such as likening OCD to an overprotective guardian constantly warning you about dangers that aren't real. It tries to keep you safe but ends up restricting your freedom. I'm on your team, and you will always have a safe space with me. In addition to OCD, I also have experience in addressing depression and anxiety.

Why our members love working with Natalie
L.A.
Natalie not only listens to me--she hears me. What I'm talking about in my daily experience often feels so ridiculous, but I have never once felt condescension from her. I feel safe. And I feel like she really does understand what's going on with me beyond what I can see. I fully trust that she's leading me in the right direction if I can continue to be vulnerable.
