More about Leah
Therapy has been transformative in my own life, and I love to be part of that process for others. I'm passionate about combating the stigma of OCD and helping people regain control of their lives with evidence-based treatments. My approach is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental. We will go at your pace, and I'll be there to guide you and ensure you feel seen and heard. Beyond OCD, I have years of experience treating anxiety disorders, autism, ADHD, trauma, depression, and sensory processing disorder. I have experience working with all ages.

Good experience
Leah is an amazing therapist. She is so knowledgeable about OCD and ERP- I’ve never had a therapist “get it” quite like her. I feel very supported and challenged, in the best way, in our work together. I would highly recommend Leah as a therapist!

Good experience
Everything about my therapist has been great, but the onslaught of emails and messages received from NOCD on a near-daily basis is incredibly overwhelming.
