Licensed Therapist, MA, LPC
I take a person-centered approach to counseling. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy and encourage member interaction during all stages of treatment. When I'm not doing therapy, I love getting outdoors and traveling. My hobbies include woodworking and music.

Although the OCD therapy journey might be difficult from time to time, I won't ask you to do anything I'm not willing to do myself.
I enjoy walking alongside others as they find peace. I started my career in recruiting, and I was always surprised that people would tell me the details of their lives so freely. I have always enjoyed having deep conversations with and helping others. So when I started looking for my second career, I naturally gravitated toward counseling. It's a great honor and privilege to assist others while learning about their deepest thoughts and experiences.
In my first several years of practice, I became aware of how prevalent OCD is and that it is often undiagnosed. By focusing my practice on OCD, I've become more effective at helping others.
I'm experienced in CBT, DBT, PTSD, TFCBT, CBT for PTSD, and ACE. Anxiety, depression, and trauma are the issues I've treated the most.
My approach to OCD therapy is simple. I use easy-to-understand terminology and will work with you to help you achieve your goals. Although the journey might be difficult from time to time, I won't ask you to do anything I'm not willing to do myself.
I take great honor in the work I do. When someone is willing to be open with me, it's a privilege. It's important to know that identifying the problem is the first step of the healing process. I'm one of the least judgmental people you will meet. Very little shocks me. I'm always willing to listen, if you're willing to talk. If you ever find yourself hesitant, just let me know. We can spend some time walking through that hesitancy with no judgment from me.
