I became a therapist to give a voice to the voiceless and to empower the people I work with. As a psychotherapist, I am direct, nonjudgmental, and an advocate. My approach to treating OCD begins with you. Only you are the expert on your OCD.

I genuinely want to help children, adolescents, and adults diagnosed with OCD. For me, learning more about a condition that is often misdiagnosed and not readily understood by the public has been essential to my personal and professional growth.

In my private practice, I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and OCD in children and adolescents. My 12+ years of clinical experience has provided me with opportunities to work with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings (psychiatric hospitals, correctional, schools, universities, and private practice) struggling with depression, eating disorders, OCD and substance abuse.

This is a collaborative process. We are in this together! You matter. ERP is challenging and can help you achieve the quality of life you desire.
