She/Her
Licensed Therapist, MSW, LICSW
I pride myself on being flexible and meeting members where they're at. There is no one-size-fits-all treatment. Every member comes to us with unique needs. When I'm not doing therapy, I use dance as a form of relaxation and self-expression. I started ballet and figure skating at a very early age. I am on a Melbourne Shuffle dance team that has brought me many new friends and wonderful experiences.

Change is scary, but it doesn't have to be impossible!
I was inspired to become a therapist after experiencing the loss of a few people close to me early on in life due to mental health and substance use issues. I saw firsthand the effects untreated mental health issues can have on a person and their loved ones, but I also witnessed the positive impact mental health professionals can have on someone after experiencing life-altering events.
OCD is one of the most stigmatized, misunderstood, and misrepresented disorders. People struggling with OCD encounter significant barriers to treatment and a lack of resources. I want to help change that.
I have eight years of experience treating individuals struggling with anxiety, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. I've utilized experiential therapy in other settings before coming to NOCD.
We are member-centered here at NOCD, putting members first. We work in collaboration with our members to ensure they have a positive and supportive experience here at NOCD. This is a safe space to share their deepest fears.
We will be discussing many sensitive thoughts and feelings that can be understandably scary to disclose. If you're feeling afraid or uncomfortable to share your thoughts, let me know. That way, we can have a discussion and collaboratively uncover the root of why you're feeling this way.
NOCD therapists are trained by our world-renowned clinical leadership team.
