About

I help people with OCD by identifying their obsessions and compulsions. We then work together to confront these obsessions through exposure. I'll help support you as you work through anxiety and learn to avoid compulsions. A few fun facts about me: I'm married and have two teenage sons who take up a lot of my time. We enjoy traveling, eating out, and being outside. I love cooking, baking, sewing, reading and decorating my home.

Get to know Brittany Johnson

As a child, I struggled with anxiety and panic attacks. My parents put me in therapy, and it helped so much. I looked up to my therapist and knew I wanted to be like her one day.

When I started working in the field, I was shocked to see how many people had OCD. I was also surprised to see how many were suffering silently and had no clue OCD was causing their symptoms.

Anxiety, panic disorder, and PTSD. Having experienced anxiety and panic attacks myself in the past has helped me better understand the conditions and help people suffering with them.

The process won't always be easy, but I'm here to support you. Committing to the program and following the steps will ensure success.

Remember I'm always here to support you. I will never judge you for your thoughts. Being honest will allow me to better help you. This is a safe space.
